Introduction

We do not sell the Personal Data we collect about you, as defined by the Consumer Privacy Act.

We transfer Personal Data globally within the Eykkon Group, from affiliated companies in accordance with the terms of this Global Privacy Policy or as we may indicate to you at the time the data is collected.

In addition, we may share your Personal Data.

With our service providers who perform services on our behalf for the purposes described in this Global Privacy Policy. These service providers are contractually required to only process Personal Data in accordance with our instructions and to the extent necessary to perform the services on our behalf or in compliance with applicable law. We also require them to protect the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data they process on our behalf by implementing appropriate technical and organizational security measures, as well as confidentiality obligation binding on employees who access Personal Data.

Eykkon Group S.A.S is a global company. For Eykkon Group S.A.S., the security of your Personal Information is important. We are committed to protecting the information we collect. This Global Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our privacy practices. We will post a prominent notice on relevant websites to notify you of any significant or material changes to our Global Privacy Policy before such change becomes effective and will indicate at the top of the Policy the most recent update date. If we update our Global Privacy Policy, in certain circumstances, we will request your consent.
